58-year-old Dina B. works at BIFI – a career counseling agency of the Austrian employment service, passionately helping long-term unemployed women find work. Known for her fierce advocacy, Dina battles an unfair system daily, struggling to meet her clients‘ needs. Caught between the „system“ as well as her the employers‘ demands and her clients‘ desperation, Diane edges towards a breakdown.
